Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after placement.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be longer. If there are significant delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Estimated delivery times are:

Domestic Shipping (USA):

USPS Ground Advantage®4–8 business days

Priority Mail®1–3 business days

Shipping to the UK:

Royal Mail Tracked: 4-9 business days.

Priority shipping: 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:

Standard International: 5–12 business days

Express International: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to international regulations, sanctions, or carrier restrictions, some destinations are unavailable. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery, determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Geeklett is not responsible for customs delays or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect/incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

If you realize your address is wrong, contact us immediately at support@geeklett.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Missed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept delivery:

You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

We will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@geeklett.comwith your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
